Product Description

1. The understructure of the telescopic bleacher is designed with vertical support. The main vertical support cooperates with the slant square tube, the front and rear beams to form a stable frame structure, which can evenly distribute the load of the bleacher; the overall structure meets the load ability of 5000N/m², and can be made up to 20 rows.
2. The front beam and the rear beam are formed by integrally rolling high-quality galvanized steel sheets, with reasonable cross-section and uniform load.
3. The decking are made of high-quality plywood, and the surface is covered with fireproof+non-slip + wear-resistant PVC, which fully ensures the safety of the audience.
4. The guardrail of the bleacher is a selfstoring guardrail. The guardrail is connected to the bottom frame. When tclosing the bleacher, the guardrail does not need to be disassembled. It has high safety and is easy to disassemble. The guardrail can withstand horizontal tension up to 3000N/m.
5. The drive of the bleacher adopts independent adjustable four-wheel drive. It can work in harsh environments such as high temperature, humidity, dust, pollution, etc. The drive system can be manually adjust the running direction to avoid deviation and make it more stable in use.
6. All metal parts in bleacher system are treated with electrostatic powder coating after sandblasting and polishing, which fully guarantees the anti-corrosion and anti-rust effect.

The bottom of the stanchion is equipped with a plastic cover to prevent the bolts from being exposed, and meantime to prevent kicking while ensuring aesthetics.
