Product Design Standard
1. Special design of light steel, pre-processed and treated by strict hot-dip galvanizing and anodizing technology, the corrosion resistance can reach 50 years.2. The stands have independent research and development patents and have passed the SGS international authoritative test.

Material
All Avant fabricated metal stand systems can provide a service life of more than 50 years. It is composed of substructure, decking, backboard, seat and guardrail:1.Column
Square tube structure, Q235 steel, hot-dip galvanized surface, high-strength bolts are used to connect the columns, and more than four bolts are used to fix each column to the ground. Each 3656mm unit module uses 75*5mm bracing rod support members to enhance the overall stability of the stands.
2.Main Beam
The square structure is made of Q235 steel to ensure strength. The surface treatment process is hot-dip galvanizing, and the main beam is connected by high-strength bolts. The stand has passed the load test of 5000N/m2.
3.Riser Beam
The steel plate is integrally formed by rolling, and the vertical bearing force reaches 5000N/m2, and the surface is evenly loaded. After 24 hours of loading, the back plate should be free from damage and functional failure. The surface adopts powder spraying process.
4.Decking
Aluminum decking, with connecting grooves on the side to ensure the quality of decking splicing, the thickness is 2mm, and the surface is anodized. The surface of the decking has a non-slip texture, and the edge is sealed with an aluminum sealing plate to prevent scratches. The decking and the bottom support are connected by bolts.
5.Aisle steps
A detachable step is installed at each row, and the step surface is consistent with the color of the decking material. Surface anti-slip treatment. The step width is 332 mm.
6.Rails
Including the rear guardrail and side guardrail, the height of the guardrail is not less than 1100m. The guardrails are all steel grid rails, and the vertical design grid spacing is 110mm. square and round tube assembled and welded, equipped with movable hook anti-retreat device, and the surface is hot-dip galvanized.
